Georges Posted April 27, 2013 Report Share Posted April 27, 2013 I do kind of think that any studies done in the past that treated hydrogenated oil as anything other than it's own little (evil) subcategory of fats should be declared null and void.And any study that "cherry-picks" their data set to suit their desired conclusion should be considered some sort of crime against humanity knowledge. Seriously, it's well past the time for some scientifically sound studies to be done on lipids. Not self-reported. With controlled variables. For Science!
