I'M A HIGHSCHOOLER.

I am tired of telling people my dreams of becoming a marathoner and spartan racer and people telling me I can't.

So screw you haters, I'm going to do it.

Fitness Goals

Run a marathon by 12th grade

Run a spartan race by 12th grade

Get to 145 with less than 15% body fat

Do fifty pushups in a row

Ten pullups in a row

Run the Bolder Boulder in under an hour

Milestones:

Run a half marathon

Run a 5k obstacle course

Get to 150 (i'm 158)

20/30/45 full pushups in a row

1/2/5/7 pullups in a row

Run the bolder boulder completely

BRING IT ON WEIRDOS

RAE OUT

The Bolder Boulder is one of the coolest things in the history of ever.  Seriously.  I have not run it; all of my work with the race has been behind the scenes...but the energy and the atmosphere and the silly costumes are epic.

Speaking of atmosphere, though, run hills, and run at altitude.

Best advice to deal with haters is to not use words but action. Make them drop their jaws. Make their negativity your fuel for triumph. Moviong forward with your dreams is as simple as getting up and working to make it happen.

I ran my marathon the day I decided that putting it off for next year was not acceptable. So, sign up for a marathon and train.

It seems that most of your goals are running based, so just work on it. Rest, eat clean, train...repeat. Best of luck!!

PS: Save your pennies too, races tend to add up. I'm dropping about $500 worth in races this year. YIKES...but they are my goals and become priceless.

I've never been more motivated than in the present. All my goals & dreams will be met because I have the best motivator: Pepino. RIP puppers. :dog:My Battle & My Proof
