May challenge for sozzielou

I'm struggling with life balance ... I am easily distracted and when I discover something new I tend to focus on it 100% and neglect other things.

 

My goals for May as are follows:

 

1. Complete the beginners' NF body weight workout plus assisted dips and assisted pullups three times per week.

 

2. Walk for 30 minutes every work day at lunchtime.

 

3. Halve the amount of sugar I take in my tea.

 

4. Spend 10 minutes every day cleaning or tidying something.

Update - week 1 (w/b 6 May)

 

1. Complete the NF beginners' body weight work out three times per week

Result = 1/3 (fail)

 

2. Walk for 30 minutes every lunchtime on workdays

Result = 5/5 (achieved)

 

3. Halve the amount of sugar I take in my tea

Result = 7/7 (achieved)

 

4. Spend 10 minutes every day cleaning / tidying something

Result = 7/7 (achieved)

 

I am adding the following two diet-related items to my challenge for May:

 

5. Avoid fizzy drinks containing sugar

6. Eat or drink 5 portions of fruit / veg every day

Result = 5/5 (achieved)

Bought myself a new pair of workout shorts as a reward for achievement.
