Oh sorry... that was a freudian slip... pull up is my longer term goal (when I started trying I couldnt even hold my weight hanging for a second, I am still for from doing one but getting closer). I actually meant to write push up. I DID read your signature!! :)

 

When I did my first challenge I could barely do 2 push ups with really poor form, looking back they werent real push ups. Now I can do almost 30! You can build up to doing them. I recommend that instead of practicing them with knees on the ground you start with incline/elevated push ups... Read this:
