Ate and drank:

1 banana

1 ham salad (cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, a babybel cheese, a chopped slice of ham and a heaped dessertspoon of houmous)

1 small pot of chopped plums and strawberries with custard

Chicken and mashed potatoes with peas and broccolli

200ml chocolate milk

5 x 330ml glasses of water

2 cups of tea (one teaspoon sugar each)

1 small glass fruit juice (apple and pear)

1 can Coke Zero cherry

Total of 6.5 portions veg / fruit

 

Activity:

NF Beginners' bodyweight workout (henceforth known as BBW) before work

30 minute walk at lunchtime

20 minutes gentle swimming after work

1 apple with a dessertspoon of almond butter (first time I ever ate almond butter :flustered: !!)

1 ham salad (cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, a babybel cheese, a chopped slice of ham and a heaped dessertspoon of houmous)

Pork chop with half a jacket potato, peas, broccolli and sweetcorn

1 can Coke Zero cherry

4 x 330ml glasses of water

4 cups of tea (one teaspoon sugar each)

Total of 5 portions veg / fruit

 

Activity:

40 minute walk at lunchtime (in the pouring rain!)

Lambs' liver, 2 rashers bacon, a boiled potato, onions, sweetcorn and carrots

1 can Coke Zero cherry

4 x 330ml glasses of water

2 cups of tea (one teaspoon sugar each)

1 200ml bottle chocolate milk

Total of 6 portions veg / fruit

 

Activity:

BBW before work in the gym

40 minute walk at lunchtime (took a new, longer route to usual)

20 minutes gentle swimming after work

2 chilli pork sausages, homemade chips, a fried egg and a portion of baked beans

4 x 330ml glasses of water

1 can Coke Zero cherry

1 cup of hot chocolate from McDonalds

3 cups of tea (one teaspoon sugar in each)

1 large glass fruit juice (orange and lime)

Total 5 portions of veg / fruit

 

Activity:

45 minute walk at lunchtime (new route)

30 minutes of reasonably intense housework

half a large Italian pizza hut pizza (best ever supreme) with mushrooms instead of olives and extra goats' cheese

200ml chocolate milk

2 x 330ml glasses of water

3 cups of tea (one teaspoon sugar each)

1 large glass fruit juice (orange and lime)

1 can Coke Zero cherry

Total of 5 portions veg / fruit

Total of 5 portions veg / fruit

5 x 330ml glasses of water

Total of 6 portions veg / fruit

 

Activity:

30 minutes interval training (elliptical) - warm up was 5 minutes of dry rowing
