The Nara Misadventures

So as I dawdle around waiting for the next challenge to start (like to start things from beginning XD") I shall use this for accountability and any random circumstances that may occur on my adventures *3*

 

If you were a psychonaut pokemon trainer, would that eliminate the need for psychic pokemon? (random question)

 

Anyway~

Started last monday on my plan to become "fit", and it pretty much was trial and error, what was too much and what was just enough~ ended up with this:

-Mon/Wen/Fri : 20 Min Cardio warmup, then the beginner bodyweight circuit.

-Tuesday and Thursday would be yoga, or stretching (or walking stairs at school instead of elevator)

-Saturday: Special day of tiny temptations like eating chocolate or whatnot. (CHOCOLATEEEEE.)

 

Diet-wise would turn paleo: dump junk foods and sodas and such, and stuck pretty good with it throughout the week, no temptations and had pretty good amount of energy.

 

Week 1: YUS.

Currently Week 2: Still Yus, although I did cave an eat one cookie while i was baking like 42 (I made them tiny, baby cookies!)

 

Today's progress since last week, decided to push myself and see how far I could go before "failure":

 

30 Squats (+10 increase)

18 "Knee" Push ups (+8 Increase)

(Not exactly sure when to get off knees and turn to actual push ups but eh)

11 Lunges (each leg; +3 increase) THEY KILLL...

16 Deadweight Rows (20 lbs; +6 increase)

40 Second Plank (+25 seconds)

40 Jumping Jacks (+10, could've gone for more though)

 

But all in all Pretty good :3 All in the quest to be a Parkour babbu, although all in all I think I'd be more of a "distraction" assassin than anything, since my sneaking isn't so good. Oh well, everybody needs a nutty ninja XD

XD" Hahaha To be fair I have more upper body strength than lower body strength, my legs don't like me very much ;_;

 

And that move is like the keystone of distraction assassins, although I would prolly enter by singing showtunes or something of the like and adding +10 to enemies confusion stats HAAA.

XD Haha Possibly, Mainly got that name in middle school for cutting my hair, to which a friend started calling me "Narakun" (after Naraku in Inuyasha) and over time I just gotten used to it and it eventually got shortened to Nara. But I know I was flipping when I found out Shikamaru's last name was Nara hahaha

Today's Log: Pretty sure I'm running out of rations.

 

Not much to share really, ate couple apples, other fruit with a little beef, but mainly today was more focused on working in Maya (Digital 3D Animation Program) On my final project for class which the teacher told us last minute we have to go to panel for. Which is the equivalent of a talent show in front of a series of teachers to pick at our work. Whoop.

 

DID Manage to get a little Yoga and stretching in between working, And got everything set up and working in under a day HA.

Although I do regret eating 5 mcdonald nuggets. It was more of a parental pressure than anything. GUH.  ;_; Nara not happy.

 

Anyways I'll post some pictures of the animation WIP tommorow  now that I'm more into the body animation and not the lip sync :3

Mmm Today was a work day for sure!

 

Got some more rations (yay!) and completed my workout this morning with no problems :3 Same reps though, don't want to push it TOO quickly.

 

Although today was almost very much like yesterday in that I've been working in Maya trying to finish the animation I've been working on.

Here's a snapshot of it:

okies that's big XD" but yeah it's a re-enacted of the Big Bang Theory's "Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock".

Other than that been training some Pokemon in HeartGold whenever I took a break, and whilst talking to a friend she told me that I'm kinda like Naruto. So I guess I'm "Nara"to? HAAA.

Update~! :D

 

Today was "Special" Saturday~! So I allowed myself to eat some stuff that I normally would avoid... Also went to the park!

Made a goal to myself to at least find ONE tree to climb, and fuffilled it~! Also practiced some jump landings, and took the more adventurous paths down the paths and such~ was super fun!

 

Now it is time for a Star Trek and Movie-a-thon before the adventures tommorow~ Toodle pips my friends~! :3

It is a dawn of a new Empire, a fresh Empire straight off the racks of the Empire baking company. It has only been three weeks, and this is when we see the results. Did it pay off? Did it matter? Is the Souffle a lie covered under the insanity of a manatee? Only time knows. And he is kinda mute so that doesn't help much. ANYWAY~

 

Sunday: Saints Row 2 Shenanigans

 

Pretty uneventful so decided not to post. But I did lift eight bags of 40 pound mulch for my grandma, so that was an accomplishment~!

Also later on played Saints Row 2 with one of my close friends~! Many silly situations were made, and it was beautiful. Here, have some doodle re-enactments:

Monday: The Dawn of the Third week!

 

Today was also work day on the Animation and I finished it! :3 Now I can focus on my other classwork for the time being.

Upped the reps on my workout~ and was able to do more! Here it is:

 

35 Squats (+5 increase)

18 "Knee" Push ups (+0 because I found out my form was wrong, and mainly got through these on pure willpower)

13 Lunges (each leg; +2 increase)

18 Deadweight Rows (20 lbs; +2 increase)

50 Second Plank (+10 seconds)

45 Jumping Jacks (+5 Increase)

 

Gotta try harder yup! Anyways Keep it cool bros~!

Yayyy Thankies! :D Thanks to something Ryhme said about being a character during workouts, I found extremely helpful to get through them when you pretend your them~

Did watch Star Trek a bit, think I watched Secret of Kells too cause it was a movie I've been wanting to see for a while :3 I know I just started watching Once Upon A Time too... forget which other movies I watched though

Tuesday, Day 15: The day is grim, dark. Rain is howling outside and drenching the Earth. The school sheltered me for as long as it could, and alas no progress was made. This day was for cloud dreamers that flew higher than the sun's orbit would allow.

 

Wenesday: IT'S THE BI-WEEKTENIAL RESULT DAY~!

 

Today I stepped on the scale since starting two/three weeks ago, and I lost 7 pounds~! Seems kinda drastic a bit for such an amount of time but hey maybe my body is adjusting! Since starting I also took a picture as well, and in comparing the beginning to now there is quite the difference! It was strange yet empowering viewing these, but I guess that's how they work :3

 

Made a new goal as well: Gunna get below 230 pounds! Given I'm 238 now and have a tall structure (5'8"), given another 3 weeks I shall be near that or on it >:3 NO EXCUSES NOW.

Also I gotta thank you guys! Ever since coming on the forums I find talking to strangers and people in general more easier to do, along with being my true self more :3 I kinda like being the random weird cheerleader in the corner supporting peeps! And weaving silly stories and singing random songs that make no sense hahaha So any ways~ THANK YOU~

Okies so Updates!

 

Thursday: Day between workouts, so not much in my repitoire. Went to class and played Saints Row 2 again with my friendsies (to which I've noted all amusing happenings for possible doodles)

 

Friday:

Changed up my workout and not sure if that's why it was harder today than the other times. Didn't do the cardio dancing bit mainly because it didn't really hold my interest, and instead of drudging through it I switched it up with Jumping Jacks to warm up. Push ups were still a bit of a struggle but not as much, and the plank I've noticed has become a bit easier as well (as long as I don't focus on time)

 

Aside from workouts, had to deal with Bank shenanigans, saw the movie Epic (which was good :3), and also finally got a Dratini in that blasted Pokemon Casino. MAH DRATINI.

 

Excuse if I'm not overly hyper as well, Kinda got a bout of melancholy goin' on, so somber Nara will have to do I suppose :3

[bEWARE BIG UPDATE]

 

Saturday: Special Saturday! Had various things that I usually would avoid, yada yada COOKIES. and so forth xD

Sunday: Homework Homework and Finals and Homework.

 

Monday: Up'd my reps and changed them around into sets!

 

3x13 Squats (+6 I think?)

3x7 Push Up (Knees) (+3)

2x8 Lunges (+3)

2x10 Dead weight Lifts (20 lbs) (+2)

55 Second Plank (+5)

50 Jumpin' jacks! (+5 Max)

 

Yup! Progress! And next week will mark a month of change~! ;D

 

So Mainly the rest of today was pushed toward finishing final projects (Which I did! Yay!) and watching Star Trek and Doodling~!

And yeah. Surprised myself with how much I was able to doodle xD" I mean JEEZ you'd think my hand would be on fire or somethin'. Guess it was my "Happy final projects done" reprieve~ But anyway have the Part 2 of the Saint's Row Co-op shenanigans:
