mirna Posted May 30, 2013 Report Share Posted May 30, 2013 This is my first challange ever, I just quit smoking so it is time to focus on everything else.My goals:1: Start eating properly, again2: Yoga, I love yoga and wanna do 4 days a week3: Walking, 45 mins everyday4: Stay a ex-smoker and cut my coffee intake in half, no more the 3 cups per day Link to comment
