You look awesome. Your legs look amazing. 

And your traps seem to have shrunk.

 

I don't have my tape with me, and honestly I'm not sure if it'd matter. My weight is consistently 202-205. I've gone off the wagon with my eating, because of the lifestyle change I've made. 

 

I have my tablet with me, so I'll try to shoot some photos at some point. We'll see. 

 

Congrats to everyone who did so well here!

You ever see those guys who look like they totally used to be in shape?
I'm working to get back to that...

I hope you guys do this PvP again next challenge because I would like to work more on increasing my lean mass. I think this challenge I focused too much on weight loss instead of strength gain, total rookie move.

Waldo, there's no non-weird way to say this, but I'm really jealous of your butt. It's got a very nice shape.

 

Other than that, definitely leaner even in these pics!

 

LOL, thanks.  That's not really weird tho. 

 

Pistol squats, natural ham curls, and hill sprints work wonders.  Especially pistols.  The glute medius, not really worked during bipedal work, is heavily worked when doing a pistol squat, it is where much of your balance comes from.  BW work has the reputation of having very little for the leg posterior chain, where if anything it is the quads, not the butt/hams, that are left lacking (though likely because it is hard to overdevelop your quads relative to the posterior chain with BW type work).

I'm gonn say I am rather impressed with the shoulder size increase. I can definitely see a difference between the last two pictures. Well done Waldo! 

 

I don't think there was a real size increase, could be better flexing between the pictures or the illusion of leanness.
