it's giving you 1.00 gram per lb. of body weight

 

which, combined with the necessary fat intake, leaves you with not enough calories to account for carbs. you'll need to set a custom protein intake

You ever see those guys who look like they totally used to be in shape?
I'm working to get back to that...

I put in .4g pro/weight and .35g fat.

 

2256 cals, 154 g protein, 135 fat, 100 carbs. Maybe less fat and more carbs.

 

Edit: putting in .25g fat gives 192g carbs and 96g fat. Seems more reasonable.

If they are shorts, they are cool.  If they are pants, they are EPIC.

 

They're shorts. I was about to buy some plaid or madras pants a month ago for an event, but settled on some seersucker pants instead.

Did a quick weigh in before lunch, and weighed in a couple lbs more than last week....back up to 230, but with that change came a slight drop in BF% and 2 lb increase in lean mass.

    • Weight: 156.1
    • Height: 5'4.5" (that half inch counts!)
    • Waist(at narrowest for female, at navel for male):  32
    • Hip(at widest):  38.5
    • Wrist:  5.75
    • Forearm(at widest):  10
    • Neck(at narrowest):  13

Took my measurements this morning. Using my weight from when I weighed at the gym last week since I don't own a scale. I'll adjust all of this if my weight is different today.

  • Weight: 230
  • Height: 6'3
  • Waist (navel for male): 39.5
  • Hip (at widest): 42
  • Wrist: 7
  • Forearm (at widest): 12.25
  • Neck (at narrowest): 16.75
Stats
  • BMI Body Fat: 22.02%
  • Navy Body Fat: 21%
  • Fat Mass: 48
  • Lean Mass: 182

EDIT: Slight adjustment to a 2 lb increase in weight.

ha! well... i find it hard to look at the camera when i'm in my skivvies.
