No idea how this happened, but everything has gone down a lot. I'm assuming I'll either plateau for a few weeks or even go back up. Or, most likely, there was a lot of human error with measuring. I took pictures at the beginning that I'll keep to myself for now and that might be the best assessment for me.

My diet and workout routine have been shit the last week. I've eaten out every meal, threw away my scale, and my tape measure is still packed.

I'm pretty sure I gained, but that's life.

We got some pans and plates today, so that will help. Grocery shopping + real food = starts tomorrow for real.

(If this post seems brief or anything like that it's because I'm using my phone and don't want to type a lot :))

I weighed in this week at 76.4kg/168lbs (my lowest this year) down 1.2kg  (2.6 pounds) on last week but BF at 17.7% which is up 1%. Not good news, as that seems to indicate muscle loss to my untrained eye.

 

I was dehydrated though (hangover) so maybe that affected the BF reading on my scales. 

 

I've been focused on weight loss this year and have got into the groove of dropping but if I'm starting to lose muscle that's a big concern.

 

At 178cm/76.4kg (5'10"/168 pounds)  I'm starting to think perhaps I should start bulking?

Bummer of a week.  Was way up in weight all week, but whooshed most of it away today.  Still didn't lose much.  Expect next week to be much stronger.  With a 700-800 avg daily deficit, bummer weeks are very much the exception.

Well the whoosh from Sunday continued on to day 2; yesterday I weighed in at 194.2, total drop of 1.6 lbs since the start. Right on schedule.

and this morning i weighed in at 152.8.

i literally said out loud, to my scale "are you fraking crazy?!?"

 

then stepped on and off 3 times to make sure.

Heh, had the same thing happen to me today. Down to 208.5 from 211 on Sunday. Also I've magically lost 0.5" off my waist as well.

I weighed in at 199 at the gym last night. I'm not sure the difference between new gym scale and old gym scale, so I'll test tomorrow as the last day at my old gym. 

 

Waist is still at 38" though, so I haven't dropped down to where I ended last challenge yet. 

You ever see those guys who look like they totally used to be in shape?
I'm working to get back to that...

Weighed in at 226 earlier today and plan on measuring tonight. Missed my weigh in last week, so this is down 4 lbs since my initial weigh in on June 6th. So far so good.

 

EDIT: Oops....originally said May 28th which is when I weighed 228....meant June 6th when I weighed 230.
