I do metta as part of my vipassana meditation. About 5 minutes....

I absolutely like it.

Its just asking everyone I harmed in any way for forgiveness.

Forgiving everyone that harmed me somehow.

may all beeings be happy. ...free healthy.... and so on.

I like it and it makes me kind.

Fate whispers to the warrior: "You cannot withstand the storm."

 The warrior whispers back:
 "
I am the storm."
