Good evening/morning mates "whichever hemisphere you live on".

Wannabe pro footballer "soccer, mind you". Still young with a lot of training to do. Since its football, I teamed up with the scouts hoping of increased endurance.

 

Goal #1 Run!

I get a chance twice a week to train outside which I'll use to run and sprint. 6 weeks = 12 running sessions.

STA: 3

 

 

Goal #2 Improve leg muscles.

In order to maintain balance and power in soccer I need a good base "have you ever seen Cristiano Ronaldo's thighs?" Three sessions per week dedicated to leg muscles. Total 18.

STR: 2 CON: 2

 

 

Goal #3 Recruit minion.

Not exactly a minion, just a friend whose body had seen better days. He has a potential inside him, but I fear for him to fall for the Dark Side "laziness". If I get him to train three days a week am gonna call it a success- that's a bold move but am up for it! The power of persuasion shall rise above all.

Same ratings for Goal #2. COLORS.

WIS: 2 DEX: 1 CHA: 1

 

 

Goal #4 Chocolate nightmare.
Am a sweet-freak. I devour chocolate once or twice per week. Cutting out the chocolate doses from now will serve me well in the long haul "I already don't smoke or drink and took a decision to never do, already killed soda.". Gonna turn those sweets into SWEAT. 

One treat a week and we're set.

Game set and done? I know this is not a soccer website "if there is any of that kind" but I really like the atmosphere here and the nerdiness involved. It suits me!

Hello and Welcome to the Scouts! It is great to see a new face around here! I like all of your goals, but I do have a question/suggestion for your last one: How EXACTLY are you going to accomplish this? I know it says "One treat a week and we're set." Are you just going to drop to one treat a week and try to maintain that, or do you plan to scale down your chocolate consumption and in the last week reach one treat? I know that in the past people who have had the same goal have had more success when they scale it down slowly each week, and eventually reaching one or zero treats per week by the end of the challenge. Also, do you plan on replacing this with anything? A good substituion may be a fruit you like, because it is still sweet, or you could reward yourself with something else that you enjoy. Maybe something fun AND physical like layser tag if you have an arena nearby. Just something to think about. Let me know if you have any questions or need any help finding anything. Hello Sora! I aim to just stop eating chocolates abruptly. Only allow myself/accept one per week. Am talking about supermarket chocolate, ice cream, and any other big dose of this kind of sweets. As for fruits I will regularly eat them maybe two a day because they ARE healthy, good substitutes.

I started on fitness January 2013 and when I did I cut out sweets and sodas for the good part of three months; I lost 12 kg "from 90 -> 78".
Since I had drifted in and out of fitness. Now, I want to return to my former state.
As for laser tag... well, lets just say there are no arenas in the whole country "or there was one but it closed". I also aim to participate in football games and I'd count each one a leg muscles training + a running one.

Update on day #3
Pushing forward in all of the goals. 
Legs sore, took a break for a day to recover.

My minion is working out but is eating more than she should. 
My determination against sweets is still strong!

Ate the first treat today "forcibly though" nothing special to report in, marching on schedule.
@shortstuff @mapjon Sure thing guys! 

@Grizzy Actually, I got TWO recruits! One is working out three days a week in the gym and am keeping her in line with her diet - after I had a talk with her well she was already convinced with working out but not with a diet then I showed her how working out without maintaining a proper diet is useless.

She agreed that I help her keep her spirits up against the lure of food :)

The other one has agreed to cut his diet and start working out from next Sunday so we shall see how it goes!

~WEEK ONE SUM UP~
I think I did a pretty good job. I did 2 out of 3 leg workouts and 2 out of 2 runs. Had my weekly treat and other than it really small doses of chocolate that were unavoidable.

My recruit is doing well too and she's doing the 3 times a week workouts. She also said she already feels healthier which is great!

Except that am disoriented; my summer studying course had just started and my room is living the afterburn of a whole school year without sorting it out but am going to tidy up things through this weekend. Other than that I had two football games ^_^

Hello again guys! Sorry for the long disappearance ._.

My first two goals I smashed comfortably and now doing bonus trainings and other workouts!

The recruit goal is nearly done, about 80% done but am rooting for success !

Finally, the chocolate goal...
*coughs*
I reached the 11 treats mark  :cupcake: so I guess I won't be getting treats for the next 10 days in order to maintain a good percentage of the rewards.

Hey Potatoace, nice work with the chocolate seduction reduction and the minion mentoring!  Continue the great Soccer strengthening program and I will be watching for great news!  We will all get to say we knew you when ...
