The goals are Itty-bitty baby steps by design. Ranger Base: Warrior: Lift something heavy three times a week. The toddler if nothing else. STR +2 Scout: bike or walk three times a week. STA +3 Roguish Leanings Assassin: Rock Climbing at least once DEX +1 Monk: Pilates at least once a week DEX +1, STR +1 Druid: Yoga or meditation once a week DEX +1, CON +1 Diet and Lifestyle Clean up: One housechore five times a week WIS +1 Eat well: Cook a meal at home five times a week CON +1 Rest: Asleep before midnight every night. At this point, even driving an automatic is rough. It looks as though an MRI is in my near future. Exercise: 30 minutes of yoga, one minute each pose (including a plank) doing each pose twice. Housechore: set up shelving unit in cooking area and put containers and utensils on unit. Can you just pop a buoy between your knees and get a good workout that way? Don't rush it and do things you aren't supposed to because you will only prolong the injury. Give it the time it needs to heal and then its done. Trying to rush it - just makes it take longer. Is this your knee??? While moving, I trkpped and fell knee-first into the trailer hitch on the jeep, proving without a doubt that "soft tissue" isn't just a clever name. I am doing my best to take it easy, but sometimes I feel so stir crazy it's like Jack Nicholson in The Shining. Also, there isn't anyone else I can ask to drive, so it is an exercise in patience. Lifted boxes and rearranged furniture for 30 minutes, which is a workout as well as a housechore. I haven't wanted anything to eat all day.
