Hello!

So the names GoodbyeSkyHarbour

I'm a 25 year old London based Computer Science grad now working in the 'wonderful' world of IT. Job isn't what i was hoping it would be in terms of career now so in order to do something positive I am seriously wanting to get back to shape. My first year of uni I dropped down to a comfortable size however as my job involves a lot of desk work and its been quite easy to slip into lazy routines since leaving uni and I'm ashamed to say I've stacked on rather a few pounds. I tried calorie counting before but always weighed from it so I'm hoping with the help of the community Ill stay on track and show real results.

I'm currently 5'7.5 tall and weigh in at 234lbs Id like to shift my weight down to around the 170lb mark  and start gaining some muscle by this time next year but I know it wont be easy.

I'm undertaking a new regime mixing running, some swimming, and a bit of strength training (basic strength guide then building to Body weight division) as a added fun element I'm going be trying to use video games to exercise. Specifically the many variation of DDR/ Dancing Stage that I own!

Also as a note from above people can probably see I'm into my pop punk/ rock/metal music. Im interested in hearing peoples top workout playlists /songs from these kind of Genre's

So yeah. Looking forward to this journey and making some new friends along the way!  :peaceful:
