Monday July 29 through Sunday September 8How many burpees per day? Each contestant is to pick a number that is at least 2 times the amount they can do in a single continuous setWhat kind of burpees? They must include a push-up and a jump, if you want to make them harder they'll still countWinner? Whoever misses the fewest days by the endTiebreaker? Whoever's grand total is a higher multiplier of their daily number*note* I advise that you do a bunch of your days grease-the-groove style (many sub-maximal sets spread out with lots of rest). Otherwise this may end up being more than you can recover from.*also note* If your body needs a day off, take it. I'll try an test it later this week when my foot is healed. (had a altercation with some gravel on my run Saturday) I will probably hate you all for the first week and love you all after this done.
