I've been afraid to run in the grass in the park I run in barefoot, because I run without my glasses and can't see too well. I don't want to step on glass or poo or anything. Decided to man up and do it anyway... [ATTACH=CONFIG]3702[/ATTACH] Felt damn good! It wasn't that it was easier or just nicer than running on the road, it was physically pleasurable. My feet felt amazing all afternoon.June 3 - Chest, shoulders, triceps, absI actually did my first one arm pushup today! Woo-hoo! The form was shit, but I lowered and lifted myself with just one arm. I can only do it on the left side, sadly. I kind of get stuck halfway on the up push on my right side, but I'm almost there.Interestingly enough, I've been absolutely killing my workouts since stopped watching the DVDs and started doing them from memory & a list. That was a workout in and of itself. Time to step this mother fucker up a notch. I hope I don't break my apartment swinging it around.
