How do Accoutibilibuddy/Squads/Teams work?

1. Go to the spreadsheet above.  Look at the bottom, there are multiple tabs at the bottom.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SINGLE ACCOUNTIBILIBUDDY

1. Go to the "Accoutibilibuddy" sheet.

2.  Look to see if anyone is looking for an accounitbilibuddy that looks like would be a good fit for you.  If there's not, put your name and info down.

3. Once you find your match, exchange info and keep eachother accountable!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SQUAD/TEAM:

1. There are multiple sheets labelled by class/guild and then a cross guild tab.

2.  Look for a squad that fits what you're looking for/what your challenge is about.

3. If there isn't a team you like, start one!  First person on the list is the leader.

FAQ:

Can I have the same team as last time?

Yes, but it's always nice to let new rebels in :)

The signup sheet has 7 spots.  What if we want a team with 8 people?

Go for it.  Whatever will keep you accountable.   7 is a proven number for success for small teams, that's why we chose it.

What about X? Can we do X?

Whatever keeps you accountable.  Seriously - this is just one tool we have made to help you guys create the groups :)

HOW do we keep eachother accountable?

Steve's written a ton on how important the people around you are.

How to Assemble your Support Team.

How to Create Your Own Jedi Council

So people always ask what are the best ways to actually use your team - here are a few ideas :)

  • Create a thread for your team in the accountibilibuddies subforum here.
  • Follow your team members on twitter, create a list of your teammembers and discuss that way (instructions)
  • Create a group on Facebook (instructions)
  • Have a weekly or bi-weekly Google Hangout where you all get together and chat
  • Create a Google Spreadsheet that everyone has to go in and update

Anyone else have any other ideas? :)  What's worked in the past?  What's not worked?
