Yehhhhhhhhh this is new and awkward , I tend to need a bit of enthusiastic support but I need this so here is my accountability battle log :)

Eggy frittata with onion, tomato, cauliflower, peas, and mushroom

Vegetable soup homemade for lunch...

The husband wants steak and ale pie for tea.... oh dear! !

Fitness: 1 circuit completed, obviously didn't realised quite how shockingly crud I had become since last year pre preg and baby so ive signed up for the 6 week challenge!

Wish this noob luck and if anyone has any recipes for pies/recipes let this mummybear know :P

Ps whats tge general consensus on body shots for seeing improvement?

Breakfast was a fruit omelette

Lunch was a huge salad with baked fish

Snacks handful at a time in tbe morning and afternoon of cherries from tge tree in my garden

Teatime/supper I was ill and the only thing I could seem to keep down was a tiny bit of pastry... EPIC FAIL! So im back to square one :(

It was a rest day so I just had a walk as exercise :)

Still feeling pretty shocking when I woke up so I had a handful of cherries from the tree in the garden,

For lunch I had a chicken and mushroom sandwich with lettuce as my bread and for tea I had salmon, a few slices of sweet potato and a big salad

I managed to do a BIG work out for me at least, in total;

30 body squats

30 push ups

50 walking lunges (25 each leg)

60 DB Rows (30 each arm)

15 second plank (5, 10, 0)

Considering I couldnt finish the the beginner's workout on Wednesday or even 1 circuit ive definitely found what works, cutting tge reps to finish the work out and then building it up :)

And I feel fab today (27th)

Breakfast was a handful of cherries from the tree again, I definitely need to start adding a boil egg ot something when I have fruit for breakfast

Lunch was a ham (ham hock not sandwich plastic ham) salad lettucr wrap

Tea was a nightmare at my mother in laws, I had what I cpuld which was a small salad because everything else was deep fried

Rest day so only a walk

Breakfast was cherries and a nectarine again failed on the egg :(

Lunch was an organic grass fed cheese salad lettuce wrap

Supper is going to be a slow cooked pork joint with steamed veg

Beginners workout was

Breakfast was a nectarine and cherries (unless its an omelette im struggling, might try to bake a muffin type thing)

Lunch was a big salad with baked ham

Tea was a taco recipe from off here, a lettuce wrap taco and then I added sweet potato wedges

Exercise its a rest day so I just did cardio in the form of wii sport lol

Breakfast was a fruit salad

Lunch a salad with a small amount of hard cheese

Post workout was a banana paleo icecream milkshake with almond milk

Tea was a paleo vegetable beef lasagna

Workout was a bit more challenging this time :( I don't know why,

Exercise and healthy eating continued as usual until the 2nd August when my mother had her birthday tea and chose chinese food, least to say ive been a wreck since and mostly doubled up in pain :(

Giving myself till tomorrow and tgen I'll resume my exercise schedule as usual :)

The way i did is i had a battle log before the challenge started, but i mainly post to the challenge log now that its challenge time. Creatong a picture for your profile and being active on other peoples challenge threadsnis a great way to get people curious about yours too. But i agree, doing both at the same time is a little repetitive :)

Current Challenge Goals:

1. Workout 3x/week || 2. Eat Primally when at Home || 3. Make the Bed

Weight today 217.75

That's 42-ish lbs lost so far. .... HOWEVER. ..

It was confirmed this morning that I am expecting bambino number 2, which explains the random cravings for cheese and onion flavour crackers again and hot chocolate. ... which when I was pregnant with babybear led to me putting on 5 STONE! !! which is 70lb!!

So obviously I've got to come up with a sustainable eating and exercise plan that will keep me healthy and active....

I have a treadmill, I can do bodyweight workouts and I can eat paleo the only thing is ive already managed to eat a whole box of Sour cream and chive crackers so im going to have to come up with some sort of strategy for cooling with cravings which were pretty full on the first time around :/

But shush, we're not telling anyone else until we're sure everything is alright with bambino :)
