This includes, but doesn’t limit me to: spinach, corn, peas, green beans, etc. This goal will equal out to three servings of fruits/vegetables per day minimal, twenty-one servings a week, one hundred and twenty-six servings in the 6 week period.(CON) Do the Beginner’s Bodyweight Workout Routine three days a week, alternating with two days of Tai Chi and two days of rest. (Schedule looking like: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Routine; Tuesday and Thursday: Tai Chi; Saturday and Sunday: Rest) (STR & DEX) Limit time on the computer on my days off to ONE hour a day. This is so I can focus on family and things that need to be finished. (WIS)Life Quest: Clean House and Maintain it. noxiousGnome Posted August 15, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 15, 2013 Well College stuff has been fixed. ^.^ YAY! heh, I have set myself up with the Fitness center during my Fall semester, couldn't say no to it for only $45 dollars the semester, so I went with it.
