Main Quest: Establish and Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle.

** This is a never ending quest, once established maintaining the Healthy Lifestyle will become the Quest**

Goals towards Success

  1. Eat a fruit/vegetable at every meal, regardless of the meal. This includes, but doesn’t limit me to: spinach, corn, peas, green beans, etc. This goal will equal out to three servings of fruits/vegetables per day minimal, twenty-one servings a week, one hundred and twenty-six servings in the 6 week period.(CON)
  2. Do the Beginner’s Bodyweight Workout Routine three days a week, alternating with two days of Tai Chi and two days of rest. (Schedule looking like: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Routine; Tuesday and Thursday: Tai Chi; Saturday and Sunday: Rest) (STR & DEX)
  3. Limit time on the computer on my days off to ONE hour a day. This is so I can focus on family and things that need to be finished. (WIS)

Life Quest: Clean House and Maintain it. This is also one of those never ending quests, once cleaned maintaining the cleaned aspect will be the Quest

Update thus far:

Goal 1) Missed 2 out of 6... Not bad I think thus far

Goal 2) Missed one session of Tai Chi, started it but allergies just wouldn't let me do it

Goal 3) I spend far too much time online, gotta make up for it... (On days off I spend five+ hours online)

2. Do the Beginner’s Bodyweight Workout Routine a minimal of three days a week, doing as many circuits as possible without injurying myself.alternating with two days of Tai Chi and two days of rest. (Schedule looking like: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Routine; Tuesday and Thursday: Tai Chi; Saturday and Sunday: Rest) (STR & DEX)

****Nothing Else has been edited by the second goal, Tai Chi alternated days just isn't possible to maintain with Isabelle.

Hello innosxium- great start to the challenge! I like that you edited the tai chi out. Would you consider doing yoga instead? Best of luck through this challenge.

Well College stuff has been fixed. ^.^ YAY! heh, I have set myself up with the Fitness center during my Fall semester, couldn't say no to it for only $45 dollars the semester, so I went with it. There is a certified trainer there that can help me with setting up a routine that accommodates my health conditions and such. ^.^
