1) Increase Body Weight Workouts to double my current amount (20 Single leg deadlifts, 10 Diamond Pushups, 10 Straight leg reverse crunches, 10 jumps, 20 Dumbbell rows, 15s plank, 20 jumping jacks - 5x), either by more reps or more circuits, per body weight workout day. Decrease Interval "rest" total time to 1 min 40 sec between bursts (Current at 2 min 30 sec) per interval day (2 Str, 2 Dex, 2 Sta)

 

2) Be able to do a Proper Wall-assisted Handstand for 60 sec. (1 Str, 1 Dex, 1 Sta)

 

3) Read all of Clash of Kings (Book 2 of the Ice and Fire Series); Get 1 of the websites I've been spitballing around with up and running. (2 Wis) 

 

4) Track my Food intake more (goal is to have no cheats (i.e. no grains, no coffee, no artificial food/snacks -- purely meat, veggies and fruits)), Get down to 15% body fat (currently at 19.43%). (2 Con, 2 Cha)

Hi dhert :)  have you read the new challenge rules?  We've started a new format, that I think might really help you streamline your goals.

 

Other than that, it looks like you have a couple of compound goals there!  Compound goals make us chase lots of things and usually not gain any of them, so you might want to consider some revision.

 

Goal 4 - track your food intake, have no cheats, and drop bodyfat.  Maybe try picking one of those things?  It's really hard to chase 3 separate things on a single goal.  

Goal 3 - read a book and get a website up and running.   Glad you made the book specific, but which thing are you going to make your goal?  If it is the website, maybe set a goal for the time you want to put towards the task?  

 

For goal 2, what if you made your goal practicing the wall sit?  That way, all your hard work gets credit.

And goal 1, you can only have a max of 5 points per goal.

 

Just my two cents.  The goals look quite challenging.  Good luck!

Main Quest: Get down to 10% body fat.

 

How are you going to achieve that?

Looks like you're kicking ass so far, love the goals. I'm currently less than 300 pages away from the end of book 3 myself. Have you watched the TV show at all, or are you trying to read it before hand? I had decided to do books before show, I read the first one during the first season, and watched the first season. I was able to sneak the second one in before the second season but never watched it. I didn't really start reading the third one until I kept hearing "Red Wedding" being plastered all over the internet, figured I should read it before it got spoiled.

I've watched all the show. Red Wedding shocked me, but I also kinda knew it was coming (Worked with a guy that always said "Wait for Red Wedding").

Yeah, more worried about getting my workouts in... Its been a busy week and been having to sacrifice those, unfortunately.

I've been forgetting to jump in and add support!  Other then getting busy this week, it looks like you are doing good.

 

I bought all of the game of thrones books to read, but haven't done it yet.  Was going to get it in before I watch the tv series :)

 

I think I've had all the books for 2 years (right after the first season came out) and haven't touched them at all til this year...
