Spider
:-)I would like it to be 8 but 7 works fine. It's almost ridiculous what big difference it makes in my quality of life to get a good nights sleep. Especially now that I am (a little bit) older ;-)))I got 7 last night. It was fabulous. It will be 6 tonight, but I will live with that. I am Eve
Sounds like Week 1 has been a success! Has it been hard getting to bed early? I definitely need to work on my sleep patterns (I think I've said that before - haha!).This past week not so hard (I was alone at home;-) Now we'll see. For me it's a lot about planning and being decisive. I have chosen to believe in myself. Link to comment

peggysr
I had to look up how to convert kilometers to miles. Hopefully I'll remember going forward that 5 k is about 3 miles. I got over 9 hours tonight (today is my relax day-I aim for one of those per week, without set plans and obligations)Last night was supposed to be my 8 or 9+, but I woke up at 3am, because the smoke detector's battery had (or was about to die) and was beeping. Something to add to my shopping list today: cable zip ties, deodorant, 1 treat, and now, a battery! I think I'll do the yoga of today as a wind down before sleep. Not my most inspired day ever...(whine....) I have chosen to believe in myself. Link to comment

Eilyd
(today is my relax day-I aim for one of those per week, without set plans and obligations)My husband and I were just talking about this. We had a delightful Sunday and were able to do just that--spend time with each other at a leisurely pace, which is quite the relief since there have been Things Happening a lot recently. And we want to aim for such a day once per week. It makes the heart so much lighter! The Quest to Become Black Widow | In Which Eilyd Thinks She Can | (Blog) A Matter of Eloquence Link to comment

Spider
I would be thrilled to do so! I was always a little disappointed that the small portioned dark chocolate sticks by CocoaVia never really took off, because they were perfect for a daily dark chocolate fix without detailing your diet.
