I'm not sure what caused it (stair stepper, yoga, lifting heavy on Sunday). It was really weird, especially since I normally don't get sore after lifting. On top of that I had a migraine Maybe it was how shitty I was feeling, but I was just nomming on candy before I stopped and had to think "wtf am I doing, stopppp"ProgressHit my protein macro: 114. I'll be going to Zumba tonight, which is an hour of cardio. One silver lining to note, you're at 100/350 of your savings goal! People always say, "When the time is right..." or "I'm waiting for the perfect..." Guess what the right time never comes along, the perfect moment, guy, gal or opportunity will never drop into your lap. Don't wait, start now.
