Hey Zuel!!

Sorry I haven't been to your thread yet! Look at all the AWESOME I've been missing!

Kishi is right: Much Nomminess here on the food. I'm getting some good ideas! (salmon pizza?!?!? sdfjkdjkbnkusdhbjhadblgal ulalh)

I hope you are getting TONS of sleep!

BTW: How's the GF and her mom doing? You are so awesome to tend to them while they are sick. I just hope you aren't going to catch any of their symptoms! Especially since you've had such little sleep this week.

ONWARDS TO THE NEXT WEEK!!

Hi Cheechoe! Thanks for the visit =D, see? I build a little something out of the remnant awesome you kept dropping here and there.

=D They somehow made that pizza work. A pleasant surprise! And yes I had plenty of rest this weekend.

Thank you for asking and your kind words. They are doing much better now. My girlfriend has pretty much recovered completely and her mom is doing much better. I am glad to say I have not cached any nasty bug in the process. Monk Resistance!

"2 slices of pizza (salmon, pear, cheese with vanilla)"

What in the world, Zuel? "Boring." Right.

Ok ok! You got me! Haha XD

I would change the name of the thread but it eludes me =0

O.O

Not fair.

Ooooh and the best part of it: Homemade Muahahahaahahahah!!!  (Although not by me)

Gahhhh, DiveBombers are the hardest of core.

I like your 2 nut breakfast. Ha! What's with the Nut Nazi??

Oh yes. I believe the rumors now...

The 2 nuts?, it is to have something in the stomach during the "strength" routine I have Mondays and Fridays, the rest of the week I exercise in a fastened state. I´ve seen great results this way =D.

Also I really love all kind of nuts. If left unchecked, I could eat through them in just one sitting. =P

Not much of a change this time. =/

Main quests:

A very good week. I have completed every goal for the week. Punches, Kicks, HIIT, inclined pushups, went to bed before 22:25 hrs. =)

Side quests:

- I have only studied for 6 hours out of 7. Not bad for the overall week, but I´m currently I owing 5 1/2 hours to the overall challenge. I have to pay more attention into this...

- Still haven filmed myself doing the push up challenge.

- I just recently took the idea from Chrissa to indicate the corresponding meals in the logs. =D

Overall, a good week, but not much in the way of results and studying. =D I´m aiming get better results the next one.

·         5 minutes of core exercises.

·         5 minutes cooling down and stretching.

I felt a bit dizzy at the end of the routine and then I realized I didn´t have my nuts before it. >_< gotta be careful.

08:00 hrs. Breakfast

·         1 pork and corn tamal.

Woah.  Woah.  You cannot say "This awesome thing was homemade" and then NOT post the recipe for us.  Not cool, Zuel.  Not cool.

Challenge looks like it's progressing nicely!  Though I'm thinking with all the cookery going on here there should be a monk cooking PVP soon... maybe a miniweek challenge....  Hint hint, Kishi.

DX Aaaaahhh but it was not made by me, as said in the fine print (like this) =P. It was from an aunt. She makes them from time to time.

Things are going smoothly now, thanks =D. A cooking PVP? I don´t know, Chrissa has a mean menu, and what if Chef Neem makes a comeback. I mean he has CHEF in the name.

I would beat the hell out of a cooking mini-challenge.  Make it so.

I can cook, but I´m still soooo slooooooow. Amazing and hilarious animation by the way XD.

So, what I got out of all this is that we should engage in mortal combat with cooking implements. Is this correct?

I'm sure I could mock up a malaysian battle spatula...

If I can choose only one implement, I´ll take a molcajete

Thanks Kishi! I´m quite glad. The first time I ever did the beginner´s circuit it took me more or less this time with the basic reps and 3 circuits, so I feel a lot of progress when looking back!

I think the numbers are fine. Since I don´t have a punching bag I´m taking the 2000 number.

If anything I´m usually short of time in the mornings because of work, but I´m thinking about doing the 2000 punches in one go just out of curiosity of what would that do to my arms =P.

Looking strong, Zuel. You seem to be doing quite well. I also do not have a punching bag (and I wouldn't use poor Hex for that!) So with my time running out I'm gonna have to get to it too. Hopefully at hapkido tonight there will be punching enough to get me part way there.  :playful:

Thanks Cheechoe! Hopefully I´ll be able to get into the advance circuit if I maintain this pace.

The mini challenges are great! Don´t miss them! Go go go!

Oh, I´m studying/practicing programming with Microsoft .Net. Specifically: web application development, windows communications foundation and data access. I took courses for each last year, but haven´t certified myself. I gotta get that done! =D

Day 18 – Thursday, Aug 15, 2013

Note: I scaled down a bit my ups. My pull ups were done in one go but my chin ups were done in 5 and then 2 reps: I´ll have to look into that since I plan to do 8 next week. Next time I´ll start with the chin ups and then go with the pull ups to see if that is what is affecting me.

I forgot to practice my punches and bridges XD

·        1 cup of All-Bran with 1 cup of delactosed milk.
