I actually find my grip gives out on pullups before my arms do.  I might go find a tennis ball myself.  *wanders off.....*

Woah.  Woah.  You cannot say "This awesome thing was homemade" and then NOT post the recipe for us.  Not cool, Zuel.  Not cool.

Challenge looks like it's progressing nicely!  Though I'm thinking with all the cookery going on here there should be a monk cooking PVP soon... maybe a miniweek challenge....  Hint hint, Kishi.

Seconded.

You're doing awesomely keeping up with your routine, Zuel. Looks like I really need to catch up with mine, too! :D

Hi Phoenix Burning! Thanks for passing by!

I´m finding the tennis ball is still above my current level, I´ll stick to the grippers until I can actually use it. See if it fits you!

Nice job accomplishing this week's goal!  :)

And it's a good feeling to not want sweets anymore because they are too sweet. Some fruit and yogurt for me, thank you! :)

Oh, and clapping push-ups?? Hardcore!!!

Thanks Cheechoe! This week was fun! And Clapping push ups makes one look so cool. XD

Now Dairy Queen´s products are no longer a temptation! YEAH!!

Seconded.

You're doing awesomely keeping up with your routine, Zuel. Looks like I really need to catch up with mine, too! :D

Thank you Alitas. =) One day at a time!

You´ll do it! I know!

Working hard as ever, I see.

Yes Sir! Gotta keep my spirits high.

So sorry for your loss. Great idea to train to clear your head, I find it really works. You are doing so great this challenge though and I know you will pull through this too. I'm impressed with the clapping push ups, they have always hurt my wrists and I just don't have the explosive power in my upper body to get enough air for them...yet. You continue to inspire me.

I´m glad to be able to pull that off. I don´t think I´m doing them in perfect form but you can be sure I put everything into each of them. You are very kind, it makes smile to know I can inspire you.

Wow, Zuel! SO much progress!

I am so sorry for your loss. That is, indeed so sad when they are so young. I hope you and your family are doing ok.

As for jumping out of a plane: DONE IT and AWESOME! I'm sure youll get under that weight in a week. Def post pics of THAT adventure! :)

Agreed, re: push ups being deceptive. It's easy to start, but it gets a lot harder to finish. There's a reason this is such a great move to work with.

Quite so. And this variant is specially slow. It´s the only one that feels right up there in difficulty with the divebombers.

Sounds like you managed to have a good time, and that's awesome.

Mosaic gelatin? What is that, jello made of tiles? :D

You had a lot of things thrown at you this past week. I'm amazed at how well you stuck with it. Not only did you keep up your challenge, you also found time to run around encouraging other Monks. Amazing work, sir.
