You are doing so great this challenge though and I know you will pull through this too. I'm impressed with the clapping push ups, they have always hurt my wrists and I just don't have the explosive power in my upper body to get enough air for them...yet. You continue to inspire me. Dinner· 1 cup of All-Bran with 1 cup of delactosed milk. 23:50 hrs.· 5 minutes of meditation I went to sleep at 23:55 hrs. You had a lot of things thrown at you this past week. I'm amazed at how well you stuck with it. Not only did you keep up your challenge, you also found time to run around encouraging other Monks.
