*nods* I generally don't get very hungry between meals anymore, now that I'm eating enough protein and the right sort of carbs, but I've noticed that lunches still seem to be a challenge regularly. Which means--time to plan out that meal too. Thanks for the reminder and the tips!

 

Tonight's dinner = stuffed peppers! Cheese, beef, and hatch chilis. Mmmm. We will have leftovers, which will make for a very yummy lunch tomorrow!

Also: I was thinking we could have some sort of guild mini-challenge to finish the last week strong? I was thinking I could ramp up my workouts to 5 times a week for this last week, rather than 3 times! :) Being able to do more than Pilates has been awesome!

Wait guys, I just realized how soon the next challenge starts, and that I have been a mess with diet and workout for about a month, and haven't done anything at all workout wise in two weeks! Ugh! With finals, and then being sad and unmotivated because school was over and sending my little bro off to college and missing him and such I really haven't wanted to do anything at all. I just go home and put on sweatpants and sleep. It's pathetic. I don't normally need motivation to workout, I normally just do it because it is good for me. This is weird. I guess I need to convince myself to go back.

Hello, great to hear you've been going great!

 

I don't know if I got scared of the scale numbers dropping (66,5 kg, which is more than -5 kg from my starting weight, and -3,5 kg from my challenge start), as I've been plateauing. If you can call it that, when it comes from lack of exercise and bad eating. However, even though I did bad choices during the last two weeks, I "only" did bad choices on like 3-4 days /14. So, here I am with new resolution :D 

 

With the last challenge week going on, I'm going to check trough my log, for how many exercises I would need to manage the C of my challenge :D (average of 2 each week). It might be too many, but will dance dance game at least tomorrow and Friday!

 

I've also been thinking about some semi-long term challenges to start with great rewards :) I'm on my "no sweets, no sugar" challenge again, and I'm going to decide for a reward for me, if I maintain it for the rest of the year. There will probably be some tiers of the challenge, or then it's once-and-for all -way. Some other things aswell on the list of "rest-of-the-year -challenges", like keeping up with Dota, getting rid of all time waste (aka things that are not fun nor useful, like checking news or random websurfing). And then (not sure if this is an allowed discussion topic, but will edit it out if you tell it isn't, learned some new things about porn, so going to let go of that for the rest of my life. Haven't yet started with polyphasic, as I'm getting my friend to join me on Sunday/Monday, will report here or link here if I report some elsewhere about my success! :D

I've been having a really really rough time. Big read on my actual thread.  I'm starting the Whole 30 tomorrow.  I'm a bit nervous.  I've been extremely depressed and I'm slipping up more and more.  A drastic time calls for drastic measures.

I'm making spinach and bacon (and maybe feta) stuffed portobellos this weekend! Because part of my next challenge is going to revolve around making smart dinner choices (I eat really well all day until it comes to dinner) so I'm VERY excited to try out some new recipes in preparation for that!
