Okay, here are my starting stats and pictures!  Finally!!!!!

 

Waist - 34 1/5 inches

Hips - 45 inches 
Chest - 42 1/2 inches
Bicep - 13 inches 
Thighs -  28 (Left) and 27 (right) inches
Calves - 17 (left) and 16 1/2 (right) inches 
Neck - 12 1/2 inches 

Forearm - 10 1/2 inches
Wrist - 6 1/2 inches

Challenge for 7/28/14:

Main goal: To be my true self again!

Sub Goals:
1. Catch up my calories since I started tracking on 6/9/14, and then keep it at least at zero.
2. Commute by foot and pedal power more!
3. Do the Nerd Fitness Academy Quests.


Side Quest:
4. Conquer my to-do list again!


Motivation: Tauriel!

Week 0:
A:Get Down to 4000 calories over, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf diet level 4 (no grains at breakfast) and level up to level 5 and 50 things in the to do list.

Week 1:
A: Get down to 3500 calories over, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf diet level 5 (protein and veggie at every meal) and level up to level 6,and 40 things on the to-do list

Week 2:
A: Get down to 3000 calories over, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf level 6 (no bread, pasta, crackers, pizza crust, tortillas, etc.) and level up to level 7 and 30 things on the to-do list

Week 3:
A: Get down to 2250 calories over, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf diet level 7 (minimize dairy and snacking) and level up to level 8, and 20 things on the to-do list

Week 4:
A: Get down to 1500 calories over, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf diet level 8 (no legumes, soy, or dairy) and level up to level 9, and 10 things on the to-do list

Week 5:
A: Get down to 750 calories over, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf diet level 9 (no grains) and level up to level 10, and 5 things on the to-do list

Week 6:
A: Get down to at least ZERO calories, commute at least once by bike and once by foot, eat at nf diet level 10 (no fruit, minimal sweet potatoes) and level up to level 11, ZERO things on the to-do list!!!

Okay!  Day 1.  So far I finished up this challenge thread post, and had bacon egg veggie paleo "muffin" mcbobbers for breakfast, along with blueberries and coffe with a bit of cream.  Here is my starting to-do list:

  1. Check out Chico Jazzercise
  2. Pay attorney
  3. Pay  preschool
  4. Mall return (and find another dress?)
  5. Buy bras
  6. Get prescription sunglasses
  7. Get wedding ring repaired
  8. Sell games to gamestop
  9. Take medical supplies to project save
  10. Find out about swim lessons refund
  11. Respond to Ding
  12. Call Miles
  13. Get 50 hours started
  14. Air bag light/dodge recall
  15. Call shield
  16. Meet with Vince about lab requirement, dropping some classes
  17. ACC about human biology class
  18. USAA renters insurance/bracelet insurance
  19. Redo school schedule with advisor
  20. Buy books
  21. Find out Arcadia's school bus arrangements for next year
  22. Call Valley Oak about my school schedule and ballet classes

Wow, you have a lot to do.  It looks like a good mix of immediate tasks that can be completed quickly and more involved projects.

 

When you say "calories over", do you mean calories above your maintenance requirements?

 

How are you going to assign points and track your progress?

Yes you guys.  I mean I use a tracker and I have a 1460 calorie limit each day, and I add more calories for the exercise I do.  When I first started I had to play around with the calorie goal to figure out what would work for me, so I have about 4600 calories total that went above my 1460 daily limit, once I settled on that amount.  It shouldn't be that hard to catch up, since I exercise a lot now.  :)

:) Eating part is good. Level up complete! The to Dos keep going up... No strides in burning extra calories yet. I want to change my other goal from a new exercise a week to commuting somewhere on food and by bike each week. I walked to pilates class Monday. Haven't biked yet. Having a lot of fun!

Challenge for 9/14:

Main Goal: To continue unburdening myself and reclaiming my strength, freedom, passion, integrity and identity.

Motivation: Lose all my weight in a year! Stay on track with 1.35 pounds per week, so I can make it to 70 pounds lost by June of 2015!!!

Sub Goals:

1. Increase my daily exercise to 45 minutes per day, or 90 minutes for makeup sessions.

2. Lower my calorie goal from the moderately active to lightly active calculation in my calorie tracking app, and always be within the calories allowed at the end of each week!!!

Nice list, but why do you say last chance?  Is something happening at the end of the year that will make you a disorganized slob for the next year if you don't achieve your goal?

Lol! No,but it's my last chance with my relationship. It was tough for me to learn to be a good relationship partner, and I might have ruined things with a good guy. He's going to decide by the end of the year if he wants to keep trying or not. I've gotten a lot of chances I messed up, and this is my last one. So that's motivating me to do my best. :)
