Newbie Canadian :)

So just came across NF a couple if days ago, and I love reading all the articles and seeing peoples success stories. I have never been a very healthy person especially with my diet. I've either eaten way too little or way too much, but it has always been crap food.

 

So anyways, Mid July I decided to change things around. I stopped drinking pop, which wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. And I began walking on the treadmill every night (just set up my laptop so I could watch some shows). But then I came across NF and read Staci's story and so now I am going to do more strength training.

 

Anyways a little about me:

 

I'm 5'2

Female

Age: 25

Starting weight in July: 175lbs

Current weight: 164lbs (so down 11lbs in about 6 weeks)

Goal weight by Xmas was: 150lbs (but now with weight training i think i'll just use pictures and measurements)

 

P.S. trying to persuade my brother to sign up as well. He wants to eat healthy and do weights again. Plus he's a huge gamer, so I think he'd love to do the 6 week challenges.
