Me....this morning. :nonchalance:

I wonder if you can sleep and run......maybe THAT is why I got to the halfway point easily so easily. :P

Anyways......today is in......8 am....less than 4 hours of disruptive (insert 5yr old) sleep.....but done....... :sleeping: ..........

Oh sorry, was I snoring.....ahem...... :nevreness:

Downside.....I think my legs are going to fall off......lol.....killer DOMS make for interesting running. :numbness:

Upside.....whooo hoooooo! I made the halfway point and was surprised, despite the DOMS!

It's getting easier! :triumphant: :triumphant:

And that had absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that in my mombie brainless state I got an extra 8 minute run in because I opened the app on week 3.......I wondered why that one minute run was taking so long....... :barbershop_quartet_

Alrighty.......I'm going to go get the pot of coffee and take it to my desk.

Lat Raises: 4 x 8; 1 x 15 (15 lbs total)

Bent Over Rows: 4 x 8; 1 x 15 (30 lbs total; 15 lbs total)

Seated Press: 4 x 6; 1 x 15 (15 lbs total)

Rear Lat Raise: 3 x 15 (10 lbs total)

Again, base weights to set a platform. Everything will be raised/ adjusted next round.

Okie dokie, until the new challenge starts I will probably drag this out of the dust and cross post here and in my last challenge thread as I will probably continue my last challenge until a new one starts.

 

Today is my off day so nothing to report. It's also my treat day so not keeping on nutrition (but not going overboard either :P ). 

 

Back at it tomorrow so onwards and upwards! :)
