Ditto.  I was watching that wondering if he was going to get the depth.  Totally nailed it.

 

It was a bit of a let down that they did the "Primetime" thing at nationals (since we didn't get to warm up with world record holders, etc), but it worked a lot better on the operational front.  We had 5 platforms for the mortals during the day, then just one for the top performers.  Certainly made it easier for those who just wanted to see the "names" rather than wade through all the rest of us first.

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

If anyone is like me and had an "interest list" on FB with just lifting/gym pages sorted into it, you also probably noticed they got rid of this feature. :( I did some searching online and I discovered you can make a friends list and then add pages to that to be able to see a feed of just the fitness pages you follow. Hopefully they bring this feature back, but this is a work around.

I just dropped in to say that I'm loving the new year's activity - I've managed to waste a good 2 hours at work catching up on all the threads (so many threads)... woooo!

Yep. I just looked and saw two full pages of Warrior challenges and got seriously overwhelmed! We usually barely crack one page lol

I am excite. Are they new warriors or rezzed zombies from days past? I'll be the later and doing a challenge next month, but it's awesome to see lots of activity here again.
