Hello everyone!

Since this is my first challenge I am going to keep it simple.


Main Quest:

Run a mile without stopping.



  1. Run 3x a week
  2. Eat 1200-1550 cal per day
  3. No caffeine after 2pm

Life side quest

Sign up for the GRE and Study


Fitness Side

Get to 155 pounds


My motivation

It reminded me that in the majority of my life I have the opportunity to make choices that can help me succeed or fail. I am the one responsible to make sure I pursue my goals and that I do not make excuses.
