Abtacha
My first challenge was rather successful fitness wise. So I decided to focus more on the diet side of things this time around. Last time I tried to follow a set eating schedule (breakfast, lunch, dinner, no snacking) and because I didn't factor in my exercises I had to force down my breakfast and ended up binging around five pm. The binging was all paleo (mostly treats, though) so it could have been worse but I don't want to get into unhealthy behaviors.Anyways, long story short....My ultimate goal hasn't changed... I Want To Be The Best Me I Can Possibly BeMain Quest:Still working on the TWO CONSECUTIVE PULL-UPS from last challengeTEN REAL PUSH-UPSI basically see these first couple of challenges as basics camp. Once I have those basic movements down I'll work on more complex things.Supportive goals:- BBWW at least 3x per week- stretching, Pilates, yoga, ballet (something along these lines) for 30min or more at least 2x per week- follow the AI-Protocol of the Paleo diet (no certain times or amounts to eat just what is being restricted)I did the BBWW for the last challenge as well and I'm not done with it!Instead of cardio I'm going to do some stretchy stuff because I'm stiff like a stone. (Want to be more like a tree in the wind)On top of the AI-Protocol I'll have to leave out most FODMAPs. With this restricted diet I hope to heal my gut so that I can include more food without having irritable skin, IBS, joint pains, headaches....and the list goes on and on. I hope to stave of any cravings by not restricting the amount or the times. I just basically want to create a clean slate with this challenge so that I can find out afterwards what I really can't have and what's okay to have occasionally.Life goal:I want to be in bed by 10pm. Which means turning the tv of by 9:30pm. Once or twice a week I can stay up until 11pm (date night).Lately I went to bed later and later which makes me late in the mornings, I have to shorten my workouts and makes me grumpy all day. So...earlier to bed it is! - Abtacha -Challenges: #1, #2, #3, #4"Conquer yourself and the world lies at your feet.""Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever, and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow."- Saint Ausgustine - Link to comment

Abtacha
First day of the challenge was great! I didn't do any exercise (ok not so great) because of my brother's birthday Party. But since I did the BBWW on Sunday I think I'm good. As for the eating I followed both the AI-Protocol and the no FODMAPs thingy. This is what I had throughout the day:Smoothie with homemade coconut yoghurt, half a banana and cinnamonSoup with homemade bonebroth, super mini meatballs, carrots and daikon radishBanana, blueberries"Stremellachs" some Kind of smoked salmonhomemade coconut yoghurt with banana, blueberries and cinnamonporkbelly with cinnamon-cumin carrots I didn't feel hungry or deprived (ok it was the first day...the excitement probably outweighed any uncomfortable Feelings).Other than spending most of my time at work on Skype Chat... I fe There's no such Thing as too much cinnamon! - Abtacha -Challenges: #1, #2, #3, #4"Conquer yourself and the world lies at your feet.""Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever, and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow."- Saint Ausgustine - Link to comment
