Main Quest: to build strength whilst losing bodyfat.

 

Goal 1: Consistent weight training

Work through Strong Lifts. Keep good form and keep track of where I am. One day I will squat my body weight!

3x week A; 2x week B; 1x week C; 0x week F

STR 4

 

Goal 2: Consistent primal diet

Avoid breadcrumbs. Avoid refined sugar. Cut down pasteurised dairy.

95% A; 80% B; 65% C; 50% D

CON 4

 

Goal 3: Consistent calorie deficit

Daily calorie goal is 1700-1800. Track it on MyFitnessPal app.

6 days a week A; 5 days a week B; 4 days a week C; 3 days a week D

CHA 3

 

Life Quest: Consistent marking

It quickly became apparent in my first year that keeping up with marking is hard. This year, with more subjects and less time off, I need to stay on top of it from the get go.

All books this week A; 80% B; 60% C; 40% F

WIS 4

 

Side Quest: New hair

I can't say I'll work through all of these, but I'll give the ones I like a good go.

How are you going to gauge your % for food?  Like, 1 nonprimal item a day??  3 servings a week?

 

That's a pretty one. I like 1,1 as well.

 

Hmm, I hadn't thought of that. I guess it's more like a general overview of success per week? If I've eaten almost totally primal, then A, and so on. :)
