Hey, I just found this spot so goals paleo breakfast everyday

beginner circuit 3x week

yoga class every Satuday.

 

so...

body weight squats 10, 10 (took two session to get the 20)

10 push ups 6,1,3

20 walking lunges 16,4

10 dumbbell rows with a 32 oz olive oil bottle  10

15 second plank 15 sec

30 jumping jacks 20,10

 

Paleo breakfast done

 

Yoga tomorrow

starting weight 145lbs

target 120lbs (probably not in 5 weeks don't know what to expect.

yesterday:

full circuit-pushups and squats, those came later in the day so....check

Paleo breakfast-check

 

carried 5 1/2 gallons of milk

off shelf in cart

out of cart on checkout

off checkout in cart

out cart in car

out car to porch

off porch to kitchen

from table to cabinet

 

probably why I couldn't do pushups right away.

 

took two walks

 

sat in the sun with hubby for a few minutes

 

danced with Harry a couple times during the day

Got an A in all 3 committments plus completed my whole30 and am now Paleo! But I think I did a booboo Is cardio speed up slow down walking part of the bbww? if so I totally blew that part. But seeing as I honored my committments the way I understood them I still get the A :-). I get a paleo book as a reward and need to kick it up a notch next challenge.

Fitness Quest: be vibrant, healthy, happy

Goals:

1. Playout at a park once a week ( scared about doing this in the cold, but I'm tired of excuses)

2 .bbww 3xweek still on 1 circuit :-(

3. Do my 2nd whole30-Thanksgiving will be straight Paleo but not whole30

4. Walk everyday (totally scared of this)

 

Life Quest: Master Paleo cooking (I love it)

1. make 3 kinds of sauces in frozen ice cube form for anytime

2. take food inventory and make weekly meal plan every week

3. cook all food before it goes bad- through away 0 raw greens

 

Fantasy Quest: Beat chronic fatigue-nothing has helped yet :-( :-(
