Getting back into it

Just wanted to say hi. I dig the site. I just started working out again. I used to be into martial arts and sports but the stresses of life took their toll and I became very lazy. I have been doing the Insanity videos for the past month and a half to kick start me back in to working out. I workout in the morning and I track my foods with Daily Burn and the iPhone app that goes with it. So far (in a month and a half) I have lost 18.2 lbs and about 8.5% body fat. My goal is to get back down to 200lbs. I am at 241.8 right now. I have only 16 days left of the Insanity program and I am hoping to find something new to try in the next few weeks.
