Yay!!! We are almost done with this challenge!!! Who is as excited as I am to start the next one!??

 

Meeeee! I haven't got a clue what to do for goals yet, though. I'm thinking "do an unassisted pull-up before Christmas" but the door frames in my house are 1) way too low, and 2) quite flimsy, so I can't get a portable pull-up bar :( In addition, my right shoulder makes a horrible popping noise whenever I do bent-over rows. Gaaah! It doesn't hurt (yet) but I'm sure it can't be healthy...
