Since I'm out of shape and I joined late on the current challenge I started my own (I think I'm allowed to do that) so I could get started and level up. I did pushups and squats at the level I'm at with convict conditioning for strength training. Knee Pushups (3 sets of 30). Need to stay on this levelClose Squats (3 sets of 20). Leveling up!
