It was seriously the coolest thing I've ever done. The costuming group I'm in was asked to help out with a make-a-wish event. They only needed a few characters but my husband and I got to tag along to take pictures and help coordinate. It was at the Batcave that some super rich guy built. He was super nice. Afterwards we were all talking and geeking out and the guy came over and thanked us for coming and we were like "No, thank YOU!"

Okay, time to grade myself.

For exercise I'm giving myself a C. I didn't take very many days off but I haven't been able to keep up with my normal workouts since I hurt myself. 1.5 STR, 1.5 STA, .75 DEX

For eating I went over on my calories 4 days and 1 day I went over and ate some non-vegan stuff. But I drank all my water and never caved on the no French fries thing. Amazingly. So out of 42 days I got a C one day, 4 Bs and As for the rest. That works out to a 97% overall so I'm calling it an A. 3 CON, 2 WIS

For sewing I'm giving myself an epic fail. It's really hard to sew with 9 fingers.

For weightloss I've gone from 211 to 203. 8 pounds in 6 weeks isn't bad especially considering all the craziness I've had to deal with. I've got 64 pounds to go.

8 pounds in 6 weeks? It's a major win despite the finger injury. That should make cooking harder as well, not just exercise.

Congrats on wining on the vegan/food department.

You remain remarkably upbeat after the injury, and I think that inspired us all.

I'm thinking of my goals for the next challenge. Food goals went really well so I'll keep those the same. Since I can't lift heavy for two months I'll just do cardio for exercise (grumble grumble, complain complain). I'm going to make my sewing goals a little less ambitious. Also since I need to exercise my finger, I'm throwing in some piano practice. I'm thinking like 20 minutes per day.
