I took stuff in your basement as an junk in the trunk thing. But you squat, you should have the junk in that trunk.

What to do the day after some rucking?

Lift!

OHP light at 75% for volume and form

Aww. Thanks. It was hard especially since I am traveling and using an unfamiliar gym

but the real question is, what is your jerky of choice?

 

Beef yesterday. I like bison. I love biltong. I can usually find a clean jerky out west. I need to find some on the interwebs.

I'll give more of a recap when I have a keyboard but quickly, I had a team weight the entire time. I started with a ruck of about 30 rolls of quarters, carried up to three rucks AND the 60# sandbag for a couple miles! was the only woman buddy carrying (not being carried - I'm too big for that), and pulled the team weight (a grown man in a red wagon) for about two miles while carrying extra rucks.

It was a tough challenge with a lot of low crawling. Low crawling without legs.... Ugh.

Luckily, aside from a bit of trap soreness, two bruised knees, and an abrasion on my elbow, I feel just fine.

So Muay Thai tonight after flight home.

I'm the chick (ha ha ha). This is toward the end. Team weights at the front for this.

And no my knees are not on the ground. If you look you can tell. I did not do a single kneeling push-up this GoRuck. Nice.
