Bearsquad Posted November 10, 2013 Report Share Posted November 10, 2013 I'm just comming from my gym/cardio session and sunday is scale day I lost 0.4 kg (0.9 lbs) this week, which is a little under pace, but I hada cheat day yesterday with some pizza as dinner ^^ Other than that I'm super motivated and my strenght training is showing progress which is great. But I have learnt from experience that the best way to get something done is tell people you're going to when you are still all excited about the idea. Except for Mr Z. because he's too easily distracted and forgets, and my mum because she's far too nice to nag So the pre-challenge to do list looks a bit like this:-sign up for the Portsmouth Santa Dash (comes with free Santa suit)-sign Mr Z. up for the Santa Dash (I'm sure he won't mind- it comes with free Santa suit)-map this week's running for distances (check with training plan)-check fridge for salad ingredients, make shopping list -write down that yoga sequence I keep forgetting so I can actually follow itAnd yes, you will be seeing photos of me in a Santa suit later this year Bring on tomorrow and the Avalanche of Awesomeness!!Z.
