I posted elsewhere, not sure the fellow "newbies" will see it, so here we are again.

I hail from South Florida, and my goal is to drop 65 pounds by December 2014. My ultimate goal is to join the Marine Corps after college graduation. I started Paleo on Monday, 04 November 2013, and have lost 7 pounds so far. Needless to say, I'm pretty stoked.

I'm totally open to help and advice, which is why I'm here. My friend recommended BB.com, but I didn't feel comfortable. This feels a lot more comfortable and I'm excited to join the Rebellion!

Oorah!

What up dude?

Wow that's so cool you want to get into the Marines! I just have 53lb. (last I checked) left to lose before I sign up myself!

If you have any questions or just wanna chat, feel free to PM me!

Not much just another day in the life!

Man, that's real exciting! I'm excited to see your progress. It's nice to meet someone who also has the same goal.

I'll def take you up on that offer I'm sure.

Awesome decision to serve.

You will find that after you get in the corps the habits, maturity, character, and lifestyle they teach will stick with you. I reccommend you read the book Marine. It is about the life of Chesty Puller, the most highly decorated marine ever. You will gain insight into the Marine Corps, it's history, and the code of honor that make it what it is. Don't worry about the standards they set. You make the minimum and they will show you how to achieve your maximum and surpass it.

You are only a conspiracy theorist until you are right. Then you are a visionary.
