The Elysian Knights Ride Again

More awesome people:

Sam "Sonny" Bryant Jr, 70 year old bodybuilder http://www.wimp.com/manold/

Edith Garrud, Suffragette and Ju Jitsu practitioner: http://badassoftheweek.com/index.cgi?id=808628531966

Wow, Edith Garrud was amazing.  One of the guys in my dojo practiced ju jitsu first.  He is dangerous, especially on the ground.  Luckily he is a nice person.  I can see how things could get ugly fast if the police tried to use violence.

Hello!  We are but the team threads kind of died out.  Glad to have you back.

Gryffudd hasn't got one at the moment but he may soonish.  He's pretty distracted with school.

Great!  Here is mine.  http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/47472-faeprice-falls-in-love-with-fitness/

What about TechMom?

I'm happy to be back.  You guys have no idea how much different my life is since I overcame my procrastination and perfectionism on one of those early challenges with you guys!!! That was a huge breakthrough that has really lasted for me.  Excited to check out everyone's challenges and get going.

Starting to get back to exercising again. I'd heard the old challenge had ended, but I ddn't know the new challenge had started up. Not sure I'll do a thread, as my posts are either 'Exercised exactly the same as last time' or 'Didn't do as much, will get back to normal soon.' I don't have much to report other than 'Doing the same thing again,' at best. If I can still monitor other threads, I'll keep checking in and occasionally commenting, though. If that's not allowed, I understand. I thank you all for the kind words you've had over the past half-year or so that I was posting.

You totally can!  I'm wondering if you might find a battle log more suitable?  It's a permanent thread instead of changing every 6 weeks or so.  Sorry, I thought I'd told you the next one was up :-(  That's my bad.  Otherwise, toss up another challenge thread if you want.  As previously mentioned, we can go through my stash of resources if you want to change anything in your current workout set.

I agree that a battle log is a good way to track goals and progress over a longer term.  I like the challenges for trying things out and immediate accountability. Your goals seem to be much more long term - finish your academic program while maintaining or improving strength and health.  You might find challenges more fun when you have more flexibility in your life.

Please do stop in and comment.

BTW, is there a new group forum for this challenge or anything?  You said we had a new knight.  Where might I find them...

So excited!!!

I can make one but we mostly just read everyone's threads.
