My inner Lucy Van Pelt has set up the football for my inner Charlie Brown.

 

I'm keeping this short:

 

Main Quest:

 

Deadlift my bodyweight.  (Lowering my bodyweight or increasing my strength)

 

Quest Goals:

 

Train with a barbell in a linear progression every Sunday and Thursday.

 

* cardio goal removed pending a consultation*

 

Clean up my diet.  (Get rid of Sugared Soda, vending machines, convenience stores, and fast food)

 

Life Quest:

 

Rebuild my reminder/to-do list system.

 

Motivation:

Prove to myself that I can learn discipline.

I had a discussion with a coach about my goals, and he strongly suggested I stop the linear progression, keep lifting to maintain, but focus on weight loss and conditioning

I'm thinking of switching gears now.
