I've been reading Nerd Fitness for a while, and I love it. So far it's been mostly gaining head-knowledge rather than actually implementing a lot of it. I'm eating gluten-free and working on a more paleo diet. A year ago, I was vegetarian and pretty tired and miserable. Now I eat a ton of meat :)

My exercise is pretty limited...I'm getting into yoga again. I'd love to get seriously strong. I was pretty inspired by Staci's transformation; it's a little intimidating, but also freaking awesome.

So...what now? Post a few embarrassing "before" pics? I'm 5'3" and about 150 lbs, if that gives you an idea...I guess it doesn't really...Let's just say, not much muscle.
