Kendo Gear For Beginners

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I've just started taking Kendo and need to start putting together my gear. I know the bits and pieces that I need to buy, but don't know anything about how to tell junk from quality. As a beginner, I don't want to spend thousands of dollars to get the best gear in the world, but at the same time, I don't want to get ripped off and end up with bogu that falls apart.

Any help/advice is much appreciated!

Know it's been a while but going to be starting Kendo soon and needing to find a place to buy stuff from and wondering if it was any good.

Yep ebogu.com was great. Really professional, and they even contacted me to make sure of my order as I accidentally selected an incorrect size for one item. price was right too.

if you're in the States, shipping is free on big orders too.
