Hi everyone! I just turned 28, and I've been overweight since my teens. For the past few months, I've been running (just ran my first 10k!) and working out with a trainer a few times a week. I've also started food prepping every Sunday, and I've been writing in a blog to keep myself accountable. It's been difficult at times, but I've lost fat and gained a lot of muscle along the way. My trainer is getting a new job soon so I started going to a boot camp class with a coworker, and I also signed up for this program this past weekend. I love how informative it is, and how there are links to additional resources to learn more about working out and healthy eating. Plus, there's an entire built in community. How cool is that?

 

My goal is to get in shape so I can enjoy part of my 20's in shape and healthy. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone! I'm in Atlanta, and would love an e-mail or texting accountability buddy if anyone is looking for one. :)
