Hello all, my name is Robb and I've read a lot of Steve's Blogs for awhile and been able to exchange a few emails. I'm almost 30 years old, and have been transplanted from the Hoosier state to New England. This has been a totally new experience for me as I have some new independence (The timing of when I got my degree and the job crisis didn't help me leave my boyhood home), but here I am.

Anyway, this originally started over a year ago when I was doing martial arts checking in at 265 pounds, but my instructor wasn't happy with that number and basically challenged me to lose 80 lbs. So I got down to a reasonable 210, and then my non-great part time-ish job gave, I stressed and got back to 240. Well my goal is still 180 and I believe with you guys' friendship, support, and ideas I'll get there.

Sethbacca - Actually living up in NH in Nashua. I've made my way to Maine once to get to the L.L. Bean Store though. Very cool place.

Steve - I've heard a bit about Cape Cod, but many haven't been good around here about telling me the area and things to check out, but I did make my way to Fenway already.
