soon to be mom to the 2nd power

About to welcome my second offspring into the world in about a month. I live on a Marine base... to say the least it's intimidating to go to the gym as they can easily tell marine from civilian. Because of this I want to learn how to properly lift weights for strength training. I've got bigger every thing since having kids so I figure instead of fretting about these curves I'll just make them strong. Looking forward to connecting to other mom's on here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
