Helllllllllo!

 

Once again, I have slipped up a bit and been a bad girl. Tomorrow is the day for me to start back on my goals!

 

1. Eat paleo

2. Drink 6 glasses of water + tea + coffee + OJ only

3. Take all of my vitamins/supplements, etc

4.  Work out 3-5x a week

Here's the record for my first two days:

 

Day 1 - 12/26/13 - 0 pounds lost

 

Food:

Chicken

carrots

cocoa almonds

2 clementines

garlic and olive oil veggie stirfry

chicken, beans, salsa

shake made with 2 bananas, all natural peanut butter, almond milk, cocoa and ice cubes

6 glasses of water

All of my vitamins and supplements

 

Day 2 - 12/27/13

 

Food:

Meat, lettuce, beans, cheese, pico, guac and yogurt dressing

80% cacao dark chocolate

3 clementines

almonds

veggie mix

steak

all of my vitamins and supplements

6 glasses of water

Hey Terosx! Winter totally sucks, right?! I'm in Iowa and it's so freaking freezing. I partied up NYE and totally screwed up my diet, but I'm BAAACCKKK :)

I'm gonna start exercising on Monday.

 

My cousin and I have an accountability system, starting the 1st, where if we cheat, we have to pay each other a dollar :) and we're HIGHLY competitive, so it'll be good :)
