I started my first challenge too late to level up but I did learn some awesome new habits, the last two weeks of the challenge i couldnt do any strenous workouts due to chicken pox, but i actauly wanted to work out.

This one is simple:

Work out min 3x week with kettlebell interval training. 30mins min.

Thats it!

If i keep working out I know I suddenly have the energy and desire to do more, the previous challenge has taught me it just takes two weeks for me to enjoy a routine and just two weeks to want to do more, so this will be the perfect precurser to the next 6 week challenge!

Day 2

Did 45mins on stepper and did a total of 13k+ steps for the day.

Since I move in Feb, the thougt of packing up 4 years of my life if making me totally unmotivated to pack.

Anyways, I managed to spend about 2hours tossing old stuff, getting old bank and investment statements sorted by years,

The rest of thr hour was spent dusting, polishing and packing my bangles.

So much packing to do and im just draggkng my feet.

Heres to a kb session tomorrow.

well week 1 came and went.

 

round up - 

hit 10k 4x times week.

actually went for a long walk on sunday for a total of 18k and around 12km with incline.

The rest of the week should count as massive amounts of stretching, bending and lifting heavy weights since I was PACKING!

turns out my soap making equipment is around 25kg! IN ONE CONTAINER!

Didnt expect that so I guess Im going to let the guys carry that one down the stairs when we move.

 

So its been a pretty decent week!

No measurements for this challenge just busting my butt and keeping moving :)
