iatetheyeti Posted December 23, 2013 Report Share Posted December 23, 2013 I've come fresh from a successful challenge and yet the holiday blues are running rampant so motivation is running low. So my one goal is simple: Get up and do one bodyweight or yoga workout before 10am each morning ...otherwise I could well just lie in bed until some stupid time that may be bordering on afternoon. Not good for anything, let alone the already fragile sleep-cycle. So the alarm will be set for some suitable time, the workout will be stuck up on the wall, and it will be done. No matter what mood I wake up, no matter how much the wind and rain outside may depress me, no matter what my house mates think, it will be done. If I start the day well, then hopefully that should lead to having a good day overall. 3 Quote "The old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost.
